Privacy Policy

Frelas Media LLC (“Frelas Media,” “we,” “us”) is an Illinois company. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit frelas.media (the “Site”), book a call with us, or contact us, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• When you book a call. Our booking calendar is provided by Calendly. When you book, you give us your name, email address and any details you add, such as your company, website or phone number.
• When you contact us. If you email, call or text us, we receive your contact details and whatever you choose to send.

Information collected automatically

• Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they view. It does not use cookies to identify you.
• Advertising measurement. We use the OpenAI Ads pixel to measure whether our ads in ChatGPT lead to booked calls. It records events such as page visits and completed bookings and may set first-party cookies that store an ad click reference. If you book a call, we may also send OpenAI a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address so the booking can be matched to an ad. We do not send your raw email address.
• Visitor identification. We use Leadsy.ai, a tool that may identify the company, or in some cases the person, visiting our Site, using information such as your IP address and browser details, so we can follow up with businesses interested in our services.
• Device and log data. Like most websites, our hosting provider receives technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request.

How we use information

• To schedule, prepare for and hold calls you book with us.
• To respond to your questions and provide our services.
• To send you follow-up emails or, if you have agreed to receive them, text messages (see our SMS Policy).
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To protect our Site and comply with the law.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

• Calendly (booking and scheduling)
• Vercel (website hosting and analytics)
• OpenAI (advertising measurement)
• Leadsy.ai (visitor identification)
• Email, messaging and CRM tools we use to communicate with you

Some privacy laws treat sharing data with advertising partners for ad measurement as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can opt out at any time by emailing us (see “Your choices and rights”). We may also disclose information if required by law or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

We never share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies

The OpenAI Ads pixel, Calendly and Leadsy.ai may use cookies or similar technology. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site will still work, but we may not be able to measure our advertising.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, for example while we are in conversation with you or working together, and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale, sharing or use for targeted advertising. To make any of these requests, email anthony@frelasmedia.com. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email, and stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or online service is completely secure.

Children

Our Site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
