This policy covers text messages (SMS and MMS) sent by Frelas Media LLC (“Frelas Media”). It works together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Frelas Media sends text messages to business owners and their teams who have agreed to receive them. Messages may include replies to your questions, reminders and follow-ups about calls you have booked, updates about our TikTok Shop growth services, and occasional marketing messages about our services.
You agree to receive text messages from Frelas Media when you give us your mobile number and consent to texts, for example by checking a consent box on a form, giving consent when you book a call, texting us first, or telling us directly that we may text you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any product or service.
Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with us and any calls you book.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt back in. You can also opt out by emailing anthony@frelasmedia.com.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your number with service providers that help us send messages, such as our texting platform, only so they can deliver our messages. Read our Privacy Policy for more.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
