The challenge
North Fork Winery had zero social media presence and was relying entirely on word-of-mouth and in-person referrals. Their target audience — affluent, travel-focused adults aged 35–65 — was actively on Instagram and Facebook, but North Fork had no visibility there. They also lacked a content strategy, brand direction for social, and any kind of paid amplification.
